Cancellation Policy
Manxho allows cancellation of orders anytime before dispatch up to 48 hours. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will refund your payment in full if your cancellation request is received before dispatch.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of food items we accept no returns. Only refunds maybe issued where applicable.

Refunds Policy
We take great pride in the quality of our food products and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.

Complaints about the quality and taste of the food products will be handled on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of Manxho. We may offer a full or partial refund for such cases. Customers are requested to contact Manxho at the earliest for better chances of a refund. We may ask for photographic evidence or request the return of the product in question to process the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of approval of the refund request. The refund will be credited back to the same account that was used to make the purchase.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
