- Boil and Shred the smoked pork.
- Crush Some Ginger Garlic and Chillies.
- Add some shredded smoked pork and salt into the mixture.
- Add some smoked Bhoot Jolokia for tha extra spice
- Stir fry the entire mixture for 1 minute.
- Garnish with coriander and/or spring onions
