Smoked Pork Salad

  1. Boil and Shred the smoked pork.
  2. Crush Some Ginger Garlic and Chillies.
  3. Add some shredded smoked pork and salt into the mixture.
  4. Add some smoked Bhoot Jolokia for tha extra spice
  5. Stir fry the entire mixture for 1 minute.
  6. Garnish with coriander and/or spring onions
